RTT for Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Your Anxiety Has Roots.
Let's Find Them.

RTT goes beyond managing symptoms. It works with the subconscious patterns driving your anxiety, so you can get to the source of what's been keeping you stuck.

In your body & mind

The hum that never stops

A low-level background noise that follows you through the day. A tight chest before the day has even started. A mind already running through worst-case scenarios before 8am.

panic attacks

Fear that arrives without warning

Heart racing, breath shortening, the world narrowing. Panic attacks that seem to come from nowhere and leave you dreading when the next one might appear.

social anxiety

The performance that exhausts you

Overanalysing what you said after every conversation. Dreading situations others seem to move through easily. The constant, draining feeling of being watched and evaluated.

health anxiety

Your body as a source of fear

Googling symptoms at midnight. A headache that becomes a catastrophe in your mind. The exhausting loop of checking, reassurance-seeking, and temporary relief... until the next worry arrives.

Anxiety about ai and work

Fear of becoming irrelevant

A growing unease about what AI means for your career, your identity, your value. The constant question: what is my place in a world that is changing this fast?

generalised anxiety

Worry that has no single cause

Everything and nothing triggers it. You can't point to one reason. Life looks fine on paper and yet something always feels like it's about to go wrong.

Anxiety Shows Up Differently
For Everyone

Does any of this
sound like you?

  • You wake up already bracing for the day

  • You replay conversations for hours after

  • Your mind races even when nothing is "wrong"

  • You avoid situations that might trigger fear

  • You tried everything but still feel stuck

  • You're exhausted from managing your own mind

  • You wait for something bad to happen

  • You feel like anxiety is just who you are

what you'd like instead

Not Just Less Anxiety But a Life That Feels Like Cashmere On Your Skin

This is what becomes possible when the root of the anxiety shifts — not through willpower or management, but through genuine subconscious change.

in your body and mind

You wake up and just... breathe

The dark clouds that used to live in your head... gone. Your thoughts are clear and calm, moving through your mind without catching on anything. Your shoulders are down, soft, the way they were always meant to be. There's a lightness in your step you forgot you could feel. You move through your morning and realise: the weight you've been carrying for years has lifted. Just like that.

panic attacks

The storm that no longer comes

You get on the tube. You sit in the presentation. You walk into the restaurant. And your body just... lets you. Hands unclenched. Breath steady. Where there used to be a storm gathering in your chest, now there's room to breathe. You feel a breeze on your face and your feet on the ground. And then the joyful feeling of a life you can finally move through freely.

health anxiety

A body you can trust again

Your shoulder twinges. You notice it, the way you'd notice a sound in another room... and then you simply go back to what you were doing.

Your body does what bodies do. It aches sometimes, it gets tired and it sends small signals. And you receive those signals the way a calm person does: with curiosity and with trust. You are its peaceful inhabitant now.Comfortable, at home and completely at ease in your own skin.

social anxiety

At ease in every room

You walk down the street, your feet on the pavement, the sun on your face. Nobody's eyes on you. Nobody's opinion following you down the road. You get to a shop and ask a question: Your voice is steady, you make eye contact. They respond and you hear what they actually say instead of scanning their face for signs of disapproval. You say thank you and walk out into the street again. Shoulders soft, chest open, mind light and free.

the approach

Why RTT Goes Further
Than Most Approaches to Anxiety

Most approaches work with the conscious mind - the part that already knows the anxiety is irrational, but can't seem to stop it anyway.
They don't answer the most important question:
where did it come from?

RTT uses a gentle hypnotic state to access the subconscious mind where your anxiety response was first formed. Together we find the original moment or belief that taught your nervous system to be afraid. Understanding it, at that level, is often where the shift begins.

What makes my approach different is what comes next.
Anxiety doesn't only live in the mind. It lives in the body too, in the tight chest, the shallow breath, the emotions that never fully moved through. Alongside RTT, I work with energy work and somatic tools to release what the body has been holding.

It's the combination of all three, subconscious mind, stuck emotion, and nervous system, that creates the kind of shift that creates real-life results.

areas I work with

RTT For Anxiety
— What I Specialise In

  • Generalised Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Persistent background worry, sudden panic, or a nervous system that seems permanently switched on. RTT works with the subconscious root of the anxiety response and not just its symptoms.

  • Health Anxiety

The exhausting loop of symptom-checking, reassurance-seeking and temporary relief. RTT explores what the anxiety is really about and why your mind learned to use the body as a warning signal.

  • Social Anxiety

Fear of judgment, performing rather than connecting, dreading social situations others move through easily. RTT traces this back to when and why it started and works to shift it from there.

  • Anxiety about AI & the future of work

Fear of becoming obsolete, losing your identity to technological change, not knowing where you fit. Often rooted in deeper beliefs about worth and value.

  • Fear of failure & perfectionism

The inner critic that won't let you rest. Procrastination driven by fear of getting it wrong. RTT works with the subconscious belief behind the pattern, not just the pattern itself.

  • Performance & exam anxiety

The mind that goes blank under pressure. The body that betrays you before something important. RTT explores what "being tested" means to you at a deeper level and shifts it.

"I am no longer stuck in fears and I'm taking action everyday towards my goals"

"Looking at today, my life is completely different. Maybe not so much my life per se but my emotions, my response to things and events has shifted entirely. I'm no longer stuck in fears that used to keep me in a corner and I'm taking action everyday towards the goals I want to achieve, seeing more beauty around that I've ever noticed."

Questions

What People Ask
Before Booking

How many RTT sessions do I need for anxiety?

Most clients feel a significant shift after their first session. That moment when you notice you're sitting in a meeting that used to make your heart race, and you're simply calm. For many people, this first session already brings deep relief.

That said, anxiety can have multiple layers. While one session often creates a powerful turning point, some clients choose to continue with a second or third session to fully release what's underneath. Every person's inner world is different, and the process honours that.

Can RTT help with health anxiety?

Yes, health anxiety is one of the areas I work with directly. RTT explores what the anxiety is really about at the subconscious level, and why the mind learned to express fear through physical symptoms or body-focused worry. Once clients understand the root of it, many find the pattern loses its grip entirely.

Is RTT the same as hypnotherapy?

RTT uses hypnosis as a tool, but goes much further. Where traditional hypnotherapy might plant suggestions, RTT uses a regression technique to find and understand the origin of the issue and then uses neuroplasticity principles to rewire the belief. It is active, analytical, and deeply personal.
